A Mosaic of World Influences, Healing & Spirituality.

Born in the vibrant Caribbean city of Caracas, Venezuela, during the 1970s, Federico is a transformative guide deeply rooted in a rich tapestry of many cultural and magical influences. 

​

With a Mexican mother, Venezuelan father, and heritage spanning North African, Native Mexican, and Italian roots, Federico's upbringing was shaped by seekers who embraced both religion and metaphysical exploration.

​

He was raised in an environment where Buddhism and Catholicism intertwined with progressive spiritual thinking, yoga, and self-help books.

​

By the age of 13 he was already curious about hypnosis, meditation and the subconscious mind.  

​

His great-grandmother’s family were members of the Cora and Huichol peoples of Mexico. This imparted a unique perspective on indigenous cultures, medicine and spirituality, connecting him to ancestral plant medicine ceremonies in central Mexico at an early age.

​

Over the years Federico lived in several regions of the world, from Southeast Asia to the Caribbean, Northern Europe, Central and South America, encountering shamans and healers, who affirmed the belief in the healing power of nature and spirit.

​

This mosaic of influences combined inspired him to become a therapist, meditation teacher, integrative health coach, clinical hypnotherapist, and spiritual guide now living in Canada.

​

At the core of Federico's work is the conviction that our soul possesses the wisdom to guide us back to our health and to ourselves, a philosophy he shares with individuals from all walks of life. 

​

Today he works closely with MS, Cancer and immunocompromised students for whom he provides spiritual guidance so they can connect deeply with their souls for the sake of physical healing.

​

His teachings emphasize the profound truth that we are already enlightened beings and within us lies the wisdom to lead us back to our authentic - empowered self, all we need to do is listen and be brave enough to follow.
